We invite you to submit a tender to purchase medical insurance for the Locally-Recruited Staff (LRS) of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations and Consulate of Singapore in New York


Interested tenderers should contact Mr Hafizan Ishak at Hafizan_ishak@mfa.gov.sg for more information.


All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand and addressed to Mr Hafizan Ishak, Second Secretary (Administration & Consular), Singapore Permanent Mission to the United Nations, New York.  The Tenderer shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the tender number; (ii) the Closing Date and Time; (iii) the name and address of the Tenderer. 


The closing date of this ITT is Tuesday,21 October 2025 at 3.00pm (New York Time).  Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. 


We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
