INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - Provision and Installation of a Wireless Microphone System
ITQ Reference No: NYCITQ-001/2022
You are invited to submit a quote for the provision and installation of a wireless microphone system for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ITQ.
2 Interested vendors are kindly requested to e-mail anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg and New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg to receive a copy of the ITQ documents.
3 Please note that there will be a mandatory onsite briefing on 18 February 2022 at 3pm (New York Time). Prior to the briefing, interested vendors are required to make an appointment with Mr Anand Raj at anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg.
4 This ITQ will close on Monday, 28 February 2022, 3pm (New York Time). We will subsequently post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission.

Updates to ITQ Closing Deadline
We refer to the above-mentioned ITQ for the Provision and Installation of a Wireless Microphone System for the Permanent Mission of Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York. We would like to inform all prospective vendors that the deadline for this ITQ will be extended to Friday, 04 March 2022, (3.00pm).
