We invite you to submit a tender for the Provision of Installation of Lighting System and Controls be Compliant with New York City Local Law 88.

A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 11 June 2025 at 11:00am at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York at 318 East 48th Street New York, NY 10017. Interested tenderers should contact Ms Iris Buhay via email: iris_buhay@mfa.gov.sg and Hafizan_ishak@mfa.gov.sg. Tel: 212-826-0840 (Ext 102) to register for the briefing and obtain a set of the tender documents.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand and addressed to The Administration Secretary, Singapore Permanent Mission to the United Nations, New York. The Tenderer shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the tender number; (ii) the Closing Date and Time; (iii) the name and address of the Tenderer. The closing date of this ITT is Thursday, 3 July 2025, at 5.00pm (New York Time). Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
