We invite you to submit a tender for the replacement of audio video system and refurbishment work for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York

A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 14 August 2025, 3.00pm (New York Time) at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York at 318 East 48th Street New York NY 10017. Interested tenderers should contact Ms Iris Buhay via email at Iris_buhay@mfa.sg and Mr Puhalanthi Pavadaisamy via email at Puhalanthi_PAVADAISAMY@mfa.gov.sg.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand and addressed to Mr Puhalanthi Pavadaisamy, Attaché (Administration & Technical), Singapore Permanent Mission to the United Nations, New York. The Tenderer shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the tender number; (ii) the Closing Date and Time; (iii) the name and address of the Tenderer.
The closing date of this ITT is Monday, 8 September 2025 at 3.00pm (New York Time). Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
