Invitation to Quote for the Provision of HVAC Maintenance Services for a period of 2-years


Invitation to Quote (ITQ)No.: NYCITQ-007/2022


Interested proposers are invited to submit quotation to provide full preventative HVAC system maintenance service at the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations for a period of 2-years with a start date between October to December 2022.


Interested proposers must e-mail to New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg for more information.


All proposals must be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “NYCITQ-007/2022”.


The ITQ will close on 22 September 2022 at 3.00 pm (New York time).

 

 

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.


We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITQ.
