Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Sprinkler Maintenance Service for the period of 3-Years from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2029 

Invitation to Quote (ITQ) No: NYCITQ-001/2026 

Interested vendors are invited to submit quotation to provide sprinkler maintenance service at the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations located in Manhattan, NY.  Interested proposers must e-mail Mr. Hafizan Ishak/ Ms. Iris Buhay at Hafizan_ishak@mfa.gov.sg / iris_buhay@mfa.sg and cc New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg for more information. 

All proposals must be submitted by email at New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg with subject heading “NYCITQ-001/2026”. Please do not copy any other Mission staff in your email proposal and only send it to New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg. Only proposals received by email will be accepted, and all other methods of submission will be disqualified. 

The ITQ will close on Friday, 13 March 2026 at 5.00pm (New York time). Quotation received after the deadline will not be considered. 

The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Mission’s bulletin board after the close of the ITQ.
