Invitation to Quote for the Provision of a 2-year Contract for Sprinkler Maintenance Services for the period of 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026
Invitation to Quote (ITQ)No.: NYCITQ-001/2024
Interested proposers are invited to submit quotation to provide the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations comprehensive sprinkler maintenance services that incorporate regular inspection, maintenance and tests performed in accordance with the NY Fire Department standards for a period of 2-years from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026.

All proposals must be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “NYCITQ-001/2024.
The ITQ will close on 19 March 2024 at 5.00pm (New York time).
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITQ.
