Invitation to Submit Proposals for the Provision of Sprinkler System Maintenance Services for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York.
Request for Proposal No.: NYCITQ-001/2019
Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of a two (2) years Sprinkler System Maintenance Services Contract for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York located at 318 East 48th Street, New York, NY 10017.
Interested proposers must contact Mr Jeremy Chua/Mr Peter Kong at New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg with copy to Jeremy_chua@mfa.gov.sg and kong_kok_wah@mfa.gov.sg for more information.
All proposals must be submitted via email to New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg, with the subject heading “Sprinkler System Maintenance Services Contract”.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
This ITQ will close on Friday, 29 March 2019 at 5 pm.
The Mission will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission.
