Invitation to Tender for Cleaning Services
Tender Reference Number : FOR000ETT23000013
You are invited to submit a tender bid for the provision of Cleaning Services for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for another one (1) year in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Two copies of the tenders (with one marked “Original” and the other marked “Copy”) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand, as stipulated in the ‘Instructions to Tenders. The closing date for this ITT is 12 April 2023, 5pm (New York Time).
For tenderers who wish to attend a site-briefing to better understand our requirements, you may make an appointment with Ms Iris Buhay at iris_buhay@mfa.sg or call her at (212)-826-0840. The site-briefing will take place on 14 March 2023 at 11am.
The ITT will close on 12 April 2023 at 5pm (New York time). Tender proposals received after the deadline will not be considered
We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
