Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Security Guarding Services to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York

Invitation to Tender (ITT) No: FOR000ETT25000077

We invite you to submit a tender for the provision of Security Guarding Services to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York.

Interested tenderers should contact Ms Iris Buhay (iris_buhay@mfa.sg)and Ms Lorraine Tan (Lorraine_Tan@mfa.gov.sg) for more information.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to Ms Lorraine Tan, Counsellor (Admin & Consular), Singapore Permanent Mission to the United Nations at 318 East 48th Street, New York, NY10017. The Tenderer shall specify clearly on the back of the envelope: (i) the tender number; (ii) the closing date and time; (iii) the name and address of the Tenderer. 

The closing date of this ITT is Tuesday, 9 December 2025 at 3.00pm (New York Time).  Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. 

We will post the Tender Schedule and Award Notice on our bulletin board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
