Invitation to Tender for the provision of medical Insurance for Locally Recruited Staff of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations and Consulate of Singapore in New York

You are invited to submit Tenders for the Purchase of Medical Insurance for the Locally-Recruited Staff (LRS) of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations and Consulate of Singapore in New York, for a period of one year from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2024, with the option to extend the contract for another year, at our sole discretion, from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITT.

3        Your Tender shall be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore, c/o, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York, no later than 25 September 2023, 5pm (New York Time).  The Tender shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (two copies with one marked “Original” and the other marked “Copy”, addressed to:

4        The ITT will close on 25 September 2023, at 5pm (New York time). Tender proposals received after the deadline will not be considered
