Invitation to Tender for Provision of Renovation Works at The Sovereign

You are invited to submit tender proposals for the provision of major renovations works for the apartment at The Sovereign.


A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 23 June 2023 at 11am at the apartment at The Sovereign.  Interested tenderers should contact Ms Iris Buhay via emai: iris_buhay@mfa.sg Tel: 212-826-0840 ext 102 to register for the briefing and obtain a set of the Tender documents.


All Tender proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with the subject heading “Renovation works at The Sovereign”.  Please refer to paragraph 4.3 of the Tender documents.

Please note that this Invitation to Tender will close on 21 July 2023 at 5.00pm (New York time).


Tender proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.


We will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission after the close of the ITT.
