Invitation to Tender (Medical Insurance for Locally Recruited Staff)

You are invited to submit Tenders for the Purchase of Medical Insurance for the Locally-Recruited Staff (LRS) of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations and Consulate of Singapore in New York, for a period of one year from 1 December 2021 to 30 November 2022, with the option to extend the contract for another year, at our sole discretion, from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023, in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Invitation to Tender (ITT).
Interested Tenderers may e-mail alvin_tay@mfa.gov.sg and New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg to receive a copy of the Tender documents.
All Tender bids shall be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore, c/o, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York, no later than Thursday, 21 October 2021, 5pm (New York Time). The Tender shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (two copies with one marked “Original” and the other marked “Copy”, addressed to:
