Invitation to Submit a Proposal for the Provision of Medical Insurance for the Non-diplomatic Staff of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations, New York, and the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore, New York

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of medical insurance for the non-diplomatic staff of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations, New York, and the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore, New York, for a period of 1 year from 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2021.
The RFP opening period will be from 17 September 2020 to 23 October 2020, 5pm (New York Time).
Interested proposers must contact Mr Jeremy Chua at New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg to receive documents containing the specifications of this RFP and the template which bids need to be submitted in.
All proposals must be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore, c/o the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York, no later than the deadline of Friday, 23 October 2020, 5 pm (New York Time). Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope (two copies with one marked “Original” and the other marked “Copy”), addressed to:-

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

The Mission will post the Schedule of Bids Received and the Award Notice on the Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission.
