Invitation to Submit a Proposal for the Provision of Medical Insurance for the Non-diplomatic Staff of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations, New York, and the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore, New York

Request for Proposal No.:  FOR000ETT19300056

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of medical insurance for the non-diplomatic staff of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations, New York, and the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore, New York, for a period of 1 year from 1 December 2019 to 30 November 2020.

The RFP opening period will be from 20 September 2019 to 25 October 2019, 5pm (EDT). 

Interested proposers must contact Mr Jeremy Chua at Jeremy_chua@mfa.gov.sg to receive documents containing the specifications of this RFP and the template which bids need to be submitted in.


All proposals must be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore, c/o the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York, no later than the deadline of Friday, 25 October 2019, 5 pm (EDT).  Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope (two copies with one marked “Original” and the other marked “Copy”), addressed to:-

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. 

This RFP will close on Friday, 25 October 2019, 5 pm (EDT)

The Mission will post the Schedule of Bids Received and the Award Notice on the Bulletin Board at the chancery of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations, New York.
