Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Security Guard Services for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York
Request for Proposal No.: FOR000ETT19300042
Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of a two (2) years Security Guard Services Contract with an option to extend for another one (1) year for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York located at 318 East 48thStreet, New York, NY 10017.
Interested proposers must contact Mr Jeremy Chua/Mr Peter Kong at New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg with copy to Jeremy_chua@mfa.gov.sg and kong_kok_wah@mfa.gov.sg for more information.
A site survey will be conducted on 21 August 2019 at 2.30 pm at The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York at 318 East 48th Street New York NY 10017.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “Security Guard Services Contract”.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
This ITT will close on Thursday, 12 September 2019 at 3.00 pm (New York Time).
The Mission will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission.
